We got our Doberman when our son was small... They are best friends and if it wasn't for him our son would have been mauled by another dog... This statement is totally wrong about this breed
I agree with Abi! I was raised with dobies and I made sure my daughters enjoyed the same experience. They are super loving and protective dogs. Especially if you get them as a puppy.
